Anxiety disorders are frightening. Well, anxiety can do a lot to you. I was once facing a lot of anxiety because of my life, and it was never okay. I think that I was going to pop my head soon because of it. I would have loved to see things happen a lot more than I didn't. I want people to take anxiety a lot more serious that they do, it is easy to disregard it when you are not dealing with it.
